Look inside, work in you, feel your life

snailToday, I’m going to continue writing my thoughts, my feelings, my inspiration. I want to explain ideas, some points of view than can help you in this crisis and in your entire life. Because there will be other opportunities to move forward outside, soon.

Now it is time to look inside, work in you, feel your life alive. This health crisis has provoked some slogans as #stayathome. So, I want to tell you a secret: our more important home is our body, our mind and our heart. We are always in our home: ourselves. ¿Are you taking care of your «home»? ¿Do you feel confortable in it? ¿Are you as a snail? Feeling your body, your emotions, your sensations… and be yourself.

It’s difficult to understand that if we don’t feel confortable in our house, it is not due to the people that is together with us, or the colour of the walls or the foods that we eat… the reason is due to something is happening inside us. Something is wasting our energy more than the normal discharging procedure, we are losing it.

Let’s think about it. Normally, if we perform some work, we are wasting energy. Also, if we discuss with a colleague to have same understanding, we are wasting energy. Besides, if we are helping others, we are wasting energy. But, if we don’t feel alive with what we are doing, we are losing energy.

Losing energy has another impact in ourselves than wasting it. When we are wasting energy due to some activity that creates something better, it has some repercussion inside us, but if we are losing energy due to a mismatch between what we want, what we can do and what we are doing, this means that we are not feeling alive, and this provokes a dissatisfaction hit that undermines our ability to achieve our goals.

The standard charging levels to be productive are from 60% to 100%. We need to avoid feel less charged than 60% if we want to help others or if we want to overcome new screens in the game of the live. If we are under 50%, our performance is affected by negative and unprofitable sensations that tells you wrong messages and don’t help you to be strong and sensible, don’t help you at all.

From my point of view, not only sleep, eat and sport are the best thinks to do, to charge your battery. They are needed essentially if you are under 10% of energy. But there is another thing, the Japanese culture use this word to resume a very big concept: Ikigai. Let me introduce this word with a very short video: WHAT IS: Ikigai

The reason for being. Living according to Ikigai is the key of being yourself.  I want to challenge you in this #stayathome period to look inside, work in you, feel your life and find your Ikigai.
